After clicking this link, on the landing page, in the left toolbar, select Hospital as the provider type. On the right column in the My Location field, enter in the city and state where the facility resides, then in the Name or Type field, select the hospital type and then click on search. On the next page scroll until you find the name of the facility and to the right of the facility name, you will find the Overall Quality Score. If you want more details, click the facility name, then scroll down to the Quality section to find the specific subjects reviewed. From there click the drop down and you will see the specific quality score for that subject.
